We find ourselves at the early stages of a transformative journey, aiming to address the pressing issues of talent and capital access, housing affordability, and valuation bias, among other inequities. As a community, we acknowledge the ongoing challenges that we encounter in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. In light of this, our panel is gathering to engage in a thought-provoking discussion, examining our current position and presenting innovative initiatives and viable solutions that will pave the way for a more equitable future in our industry.
