Chris Marlin

Chris Marlin serves as Chairman of the Board of Climate Alpha, an AI-powered analytics firm focused on climate adaptation strategies. Most recently, Chris was head of strategy and business operations for CNN Worldwide and, prior to that, founded and presided over Lennar International, the global sales and capital advisory arm of Lennar Corporation, America’s largest homebuilder. Chris is a Director of the Washington-based foreign policy think tank, The Atlantic Council and is engaged in US-China relations via the Stimson Center. He is a former member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Cities of Tomorrow.
