Heather Elias

Heather brings deep real estate industry experience from a wide variety of roles, starting from the boots on the street level as a Realtor beginning in 2004. Heather was one of the first agents in the US to utilize digital marketing to build a business, blogging about her local area. She currently serves as the VP of Real Estate at Pearl Certification. Prior to joining Pearl, as the CEO of Artisan Consulting, her marketing and strategy prowess helped numerous proptech companies succeed in the real estate industry. Heather built and launched a national, referral only real estate brokerage, created and managed influencer/advocate programs, developed recruiting and messaging strategies for brokerages, built product and feature launch plans, and authored thought leadership content. As an executive for NAR, she crafted and executed social and digital strategy, federating messaging across all channels. And while an executive for Century 21 Redwood Realty, she grew the company footprint with new offices, and expanded their marketing capabilities with concierge services, an extensive agent recognition program, and a new marketing platform.
