Joe is our founder and CEO since company inception. Joe is a veteran of the internet industry and a product/growth expert for online community, social network, consumer fintech, and vertical SaaS products. His real estate experience spams from financing: Kiavi (flipper loans), SoFi (mortage), Fundrise (crowd funding), Loadstar Capital (REIT), modular home manufacturing: Irontown Homes, to home building: Aspiration Homes, and brokerage SaaS: Chime.

Joe holds a BS degree in physics from the University of Delaware, a master's degree in engineering from MIT, and a MBA from Stanford University.
