Ryan Davis

Ryan Davis is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the National Association of REALTORS® where he oversees the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy on behalf of the association’s 1.5 million members involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate industries. Ryan also serves as the staff executive to NAR’s Diversity Committee, Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group, and Association Executive Committee Diversity Workgroup. Moreover, Ryan provides executive coaching to leaders across 1,100 local and state REALTOR® associations. Ryan also leads NAR’s partnerships with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. 

Prior to NAR, Ryan held roles as the Associate Vice President of Institutional Equity and Diversity at Brown University, Director of Assessment and Diversity Programs at Purdue University, and Senior Program Manager for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program. Further, as a Senior Strategist for the University of Southern California (USC) Race and Equity Center, Ryan has led complex organizations through learning and development processes that have advanced organizational diversity, equity and inclusion goals. 

Ryan authored more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, or monographs on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters. In 2020, Ryan was recognized as a 40 Under Forty honoree by Providence Business News.
