Scott Smith

Scott Smith is Co-President of the Romulus Portfolio (https://csiromulus.com) of Constellation Software, Inc. He is responsible for growing the portfolio through acquisition of vertical market software companies and organic growth in the existing portfolio of 22 companies in Real Estate, Financing, Asset Mgmt, and Franchise Solutions. He joined Constellation in 2015 when Market Leader was acquired from Zillow. Scott was an Executive in Market Leader since 2002 and part of going public (2004), selling to Trulia for $355M (2013), and selling to Zillow (2015). Prior, he spent 14 years at Microsoft (Seattle and Paris) in the Windows and Internet business units.
