Victor Lund is the Co-Founder of WAV Group, a consulting firm started over 20 years ago to provide services for brokers, franchises, MLS, Associations of REALTORS, capital markets, and the technology firms that serve them. He is also the CEO of RE Technology, the nation’s leading publisher of real estate technology information, and the leader of WAV Group Ventures.

Lund focuses his career on innovation strategy, authoring change management, and venture capital. He is best known for supporting companies who aspire to lead their industry segment at enterprise scale.

Given the breadth and depth of WAV Group services in research, planning, recruiting, public relations, M&A, vendor selection, compliance, etc. – the firm is not only keenly aware of industry trends, but is able to assist in supporting industry-wide change.
