As the Regional Vice President overseeing all of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Chicago and Milwaukee offices, Thomson is responsible for 2000+ residential and commercial real estate agents. She leads the nation in recruiting productive agents and, over the past four years, has developed and scaled a regional leadership model now replicated throughout the Central West company. 

Thomson earned her MBA from Chicago Booth at the University of Chicago and has a mind for strategy. In 2022, she chaired the 3-year strategic plan for the National Association of REALTORS and she continues to lead at high-levels within the industry. Thomson served as the 2018 President of the Chicago Association of REALTORS and has served on both NAR and Women’s Council’s National executive committees and was a Goldie Scholar 2018-2019. She was recently named on Swanepoel’s Power 200 Watchlist and RIS Media’s Annual Newsmaker list.
