Dan has worked at Google for 16 years and has been leading partnerships with the Real Estate industry for 6 years. Based in Los Angeles, he leads a team that helps clients develop and execute on digital marketing initiatives across Google and YouTube. Dan has been in the digital space for 25 years and has worked at several startups along the way. Originally from New York, Dan currently lives in Santa Monica with his wife and two children and is an avid snowboarder and chess player.

Melissa Andresko

A 25-year company veteran, Melissa Andresko is Chief Brand Ambassador at Lutron Electronics, the world leader in smart lighting and smart shading control systems for residential and commercial spaces.

A dynamic communications strategist, Melissa has spent most of her career driving the adoption of smart home products through various communications vehicles. She frequently appears on national and local news programs and podcasts as a smart home expert and speaks at global events and conferences annually, sharing her expertise in the areas of the smart home user experience and product adoption.

In her role as Chief Corporate Brand Ambassador, Melissa serves as Lutron’s company spokesperson and is responsible for corporate communications, including executive communications, employee, customer, and media events, public relations, and celebrity and industry relations.

Melissa was named “One of the Most Powerful Women in Consumer Technology” by Dealerscope magazine in 2018. In 2019, she was awarded the Women in Consumer Technology Legacy Award, citing her industry contributions spanning two decades, as well as CE Pro magazine’s Masters Award. In 2023, she was awarded CTA’s Smart Home Leadership Award.

Melissa serves on the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) Executive Board and is a member of the CTA Board of Industry Leaders, Smart Home and Accessories Division Boards, and is a CTA Foundation Trustee. With a passion for mentoring and advancing women in the technology field, Melissa mentors women at all career levels to help them become the best version of themselves.

Jason Cave

Jason Cave joined FHFA in November 2020. In addition to overseeing the Agency’s Fintech Strategy and Innovation program, Cave is responsible for managing the Conservatorship and Readiness program governing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the UMBS.

Prior to joining FHFA, Cave spent 27 years in executive roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) including serving as Senior Advisor to Chairmans Bair and Gruenberg and managing large bank supervision and capital markets programs.

Cave has been an active participant in developing international policy standards as a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, where he negotiated the post-crisis reform package known as Basel III. Cave also served as the FDIC executive representative on the FSOC Deputies Committee responsible for establishing standards over nonbank institutions.

Pritesh Damani

Pritesh Damani is the Chief Technology Officer at The Real Brokerage, where he has developed an industry-leading proprietary platform that streamlines communication and document management for real estate agents. In January 2021, Pritesh joined Real’s senior leadership team through the company’s acquisition of RealtyCrunch, a modern web and mobile app for home buyers and real estate agents, where he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer since 2019. Pritesh holds a BS in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MS in computer science from Pace University.

Art Carter is CEO of California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (CRMLS), the nation’s largest and most recognized subscriber-based Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Carter oversees strategic direction of the Chino Hills, CA based company. With 100,000+ users from 40 Associations, Boards, and MLS organizations, CRMLS connects California real estate professionals to millions of property listings across the state. Carter joined CRMLS as Chief Executive Officer in August 2005. Before then, he served as CEO of Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.

Carter is a tenacious advocate for brokers and currently leads the inititative for MLS data sharing across California. He is the driving force behind uniting MLSs across the state to form a single, shared point of data access for the benefit of all California real estate professionals. On a national level, Carter represents CRMLS in his role as a member of the MLS RoundTable, where he helps steer the broader conversation on MLS issues.
Under Carter’s leadership, CRMLS has successfully merged with three MLSs since 2008, obtaining over 70,000 new users.
Carter currently serves as a Director of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and Strategic Manager to the Board of Directors for Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED). Inman named him one of the Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in 2016 and 2017. The Swanepoel Power 200 has included him as one of the Top Association/MLS Executives every year since 2016. Carter served as President of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) in 2014, and in 2017 was honored with CMLS’s Peter Shuttleworth MLS Executive Award of Excellence. In 2012, he was inducted into the Dr. Almon R “Bud” Smith, RCE, AE Leadership Society in recognition of his dedicated service and commitment to advancing the REALTOR® organization and the Association Management profession.

Tigre Wenrich

Tigre leads LAB Ventures, an early-stage investor in PropTech startups. Their startup studio has created and scaled businesses such as Expetitle (sold to REAX: NasdaqCM), Beycome, and Lumi House. LAB Ventures is also a founding partner of the PropTech conference Blueprint, and runs a venture capital fund targeting early stage-technology companies that serve the Real Estate and Construction industries.

Having invested in more than three dozen startups, Tigre is an active angel investor and a mentor to local emerging technology companies. He serves on the board of Miami Angels, the leading angel investor network in Florida, and the advisory board for the University of Miami’s Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism (MRED+U) program.

Prior to his position at LAB Miami Ventures, Tigre was the founding CFO at Open English, helping to grow the company from commercial launch to over $50M in annual revenues while creating a massive consumer brand in Latin America. Under Tigre’s leadership, Open English raised more than $120M of Venture Capital in four rounds of investment from firms including Flybridge, Redpoint, Insight, and TCV.

Tigre began his career as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where he spent 16 years working across multiple industries in the US, Spain and Latin America. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Bernadette Ksepka

Federal Reserve

Bernadette Ksepka currently serves as vice president and deputy head of product management for the Federal Reserve System’s FedNow Service, a real-time clearing and settlement service under development by the Federal Reserve Banks to support instant payments in the United States. She leads FedNow product management activities which include understanding market needs for instant payments, supporting development of the service, establishing industry partnerships, and ensuring financial institution readiness to support adoption and innovation for the service.

Ksepka’s tenure with the Federal Reserve System includes achievements during her time as assistant vice president and product management deputy head of the Fedwire Securities Service in the Wholesale Product Office.

Ksepka holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University and an M.B.A from Seton Hall University.
